Do you want to run your own LRP, but don’t know where to start writing your combat rules? Every system is designed for its own sort of event, many of them have more complexity than you may need or want. Minimalist LRP is designed as a self-contained set of rules that will let you quickly start running afternoon linears or weekend events in a UK club larp style.

These rules formed the basis of Cambridge LRP Society’s 2021-22 game, and we found we were able to quickly brief new players, even when they hadn’t arrived with a character, or read the rules beforehand. This is a more generic, open access version of the rules.
