Ciderpunk 2077

I wrote this as a parody of a certain notoriously buggy RPG, as I couldn't resist the pun. Also because I couldn't resist a cider and games night.

It’s a dark yet neon-lit night in the dark yet neon-lit Future West Country.

All the orchards are now owned by The ApplesCorp (No not Apple Corp. Yes, the litigation and black ops budgets are making a lot of people *very* rich. Just not you). 

Your pub is, alarmingly, almost out of cider. The distributors are sold out, and you need to brew up more before tomorrow evening. You have 24-hour turbo yeast, 2 freshly-scrubbed empty feed barrels and NOTHING TO LOSE, MY LOVELY!

All you need to do is STEAL some APPLES. Put on your black tweed trenchcoats, fire up your cyberdecks and load your mod-linked gyrostabilised 12-bores. WE’RE GOING SCRUMPING.
